  • We are a home based business located in Dalhousie NW. The exact address is provided in your confirmation email once equipment has been booked.

  • We are a small boutique company specializing in high-end carbon fat bikes.  Our full carbon bikes, are lighter than comparable aluminum or steel frames and provide an exceptional ride.

We are a great option if you want to experience the difference of a full carbon frame, 27.5" wheels, studded tires, or the latest One-up V3 dropper.

All of our equipment is brand new, ready for this winter season.

Operating out of our home, we have the earliest pick-up and latest drop-off times so that you can ride longer (8am to 10pm).

  • Yes, there is a lower day rate for multi day rentals.  Pricing is automatically updated for multi-day bookings.

  • No.  Only the renter has signed the waiver, and if fully liable for all rented equipment.

  • We are meticulously careful about our equipment because we want to keep our bikes in pristine condition for your next ride.  While carbon bikes are strong they need to be handled with care.

Improper transportation can result in both cosmetic and structural damage.

  • No, the Yakima Dr. Tray rack is designed for a maximum bike weight of 40lbs.

E-bikes, or non-E-bikes that exceed 40lbs can't be used on this rack.

  • Providing this measurement ensures that we have the bike properly adjusted for your fit prior to your arrival.

  • We prefer to have all seatpost heights properly set-up by Fat Cycle YYC. We use a torque wrench to ensure the seat collar is never overtightened on our carbon frames.

Additionally, the Rocky Frames clamp cables for internal routing. If you move the seatpost, the dropper cable pulls out and the dropper lever no longer functions.  If you adjust the seatpost height on the trail, the dropper will stop working.

  • Rocky Mountain provides the following sizing guidelines for the Blizzard bike:

    Small: 157.5 - 170cm / 5'2" - 5'7"

    Medium: 167.5 - 177.5cm / 5'6" -5'10"

    Large: 175 - 188cm / 5'9" - 6'2"

Note, all of our bikes are equipped with One-Up dropper post which may affect sizing.  Please check on inseam height chart for exact measurements.
